Germany - Air travel to and through Frankfurt and Munich continues to be disrupted and will through Friday 08 November due to the flight attendants of Lufthansa, Eurowings, Germanwings, Sunexpress Germany and Lufthansa Cityline all going on strike today. United Kingdom - Rail travel through the month of December will be severely impacted by the the Rail union RMT call for 27 days of strike action on the South Western Railway. The union has advised their members not to report for work 02-11 December; 13-24 December and 27 December-01 January 2020.
France - Law enforcement action took place last night in Paris to take down a migrant camp housing more than 1300 migrants according to AFP. Those who are visiting Paris should be mindful of this activity taking place in north-east of Paris and Seine-Saint-Denis, near the Paris ring road.

Bolivia - Continued calls for the resignation of President Evo Morales and his refusal have brought the citizens of Bolivia to the streets. The Government of Canada has updated their travel advice to their citizens on 06 November urging they “Exercise a high degree of caution due to the continuing political and social tensions and frequent, illegal roadblocks throughout the country. Additionally, travelers are urged to contact their airline concerning flight delays or cancellations.

Kenya - Media reports indicate that 48 have died and more than 55,000 homes have been destroyed by floods. The Kenyan Red Cross advises that more than 144,000 people have been affected across 25 counties. In parts of Mandera, Wajir and Marsabit counties food and fuel prices have skyrocketed, limiting access to essentials to only the affluent.
