SUMMARY: The Pacific Northwest of the United States continues to suffer the worst air quality in the world due to wildfires. FEMA is monitoring various weather events to include snow in the Rockies, wildfires in the Northern Plains and a brewing Tropical Storm Roslyn in the Eastern Pacific. Meanwhile Chad has declared a government mandated curfew, and protests can be expected in Lithuania and Burkina Faso.
