SUMMARY: Ian and Noru two powerful storms are rightfully capturing our attention. Ian is growing into a powerful hurricane and is heading toward a landfall along the Florida Gulf Coast early this week and is currently pummeling Cuba and Jamaica, while Noru, a Super Typhoon has just passed over the Philippines and is heading across the South China Sea toward Vietnam. Ebola has raised its head in Uganda once again. Haiti sees unions calling for a nationwide strike, while in Iran violent protests continue across the nation.

Cuba - Jamaica - United States/Florida - Tropical Storm Ian (soon to be Hurricane Ian) is currently drenching Cuba and Jamaica, and is expected to reach Florida by the early hours of 27 September.
