SUMMARY: Over 150 die in Seoul’s Iteawon district during a Halloween celebration which ended in a stampeded. In India youths purposefully caused a pedestrian suspension bridge to collapse resulting 134 killed. In Somalia, explosions rock the capitol city of Mogadishu. While in the Congo, conflict continues in the North Kivu area. Ebola continues to be the front and center topic for Uganda. As of 30 October, 129 Ebola cases have been confirmed. Teachers are protesting/striking in Buenos Aires.
