Middle East - Threat of spontaneous demonstrations following U.S., U.K., and France military action in Syria.
The US State Department and the UK FCO have both issued travel alerts throughout the middle east. They warn their citizens to be alert for the potential for spontaneous demonstrations to take place in the coming days and beyond. These demonstrations are in reaction to the U.S., France, and UK military action taken in Syria. Locales specifically named include Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Occupied Palestinian Territories, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Lebanon, Jordan, Iran, and Iraq.

Previous travel warnings and travel information has been shared concerning Cambodia. The new border crossing between Thailand and Cambodia remains scheduled to open in Mid-May, this crossing will service travelers to Siem Reap. In addition, the Canadian government included a travel warning late-last week on the outbreak of the Zika Virus in Cambodia.
