The CDC added both Denmark and Germany to Level 4: COVID Very High listing due to the current situation in Germany where COVID community spread is occurring and hospitals are filling. The CDC continues how, “even fully vaccinated travelers may be at risk for getting and spreading COVID-19 variants,”

The two nations join a plethora of European countries which are currently at LEVEL 4, COVID VERY HIGH as determined by the CDC which include, Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Modova, The Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
Many European nations have entered into a renewed “lockdown mode” due to the influx in COVID cases within their borders. The Netherlands is one such country, and has experienced violent protests from those who which to resist the government public health mandates.
