Plan for the unexpected even in Huntington Beach

While this incident appears to have been accidental in nature it drives home the point that where individuals gather, incidents may occur. The on-the-spot interviews of patrons serves to demonstrate that when an incident occurs every one reacts, differently. There is always a chaotic moment. For this reason we urge travelers to festivals and other events to which large groups gather to always locate the closest exits and have a rally point in the event your group is separated from one and other.

Electricity?

As for the electricity in the area? As of 0400 hours on 06 October, Southern California Edison reports power outage continue to affect ~1375 Huntington Beach addresses.
