Sin City Swarmed by Grasshoppers

In what may seem to be a page right out of the bible, Las Vegas aka Sin City is being swarmed by grasshoppers.

Social networks were abuzz with the hoards of grasshoppers flying into lights and of course our hair.

Did Vega$ do something especially sinful last week?

Is this the precursor to the rapture?

None of the above. Grasshoppers are attracted to light, especially bright and black lights — Welcome to Las Vega$!

The bug experts tell us that while the grasshoppers may crowd the sidewalk for a few days, they will dissipate, and they will be but a memory. They suggest we watch for locusts.

If locusts swarm Las Vega$, then we know a sin has been committed.

Today it was simply a grasshopper migration.
