US State Department - COVID travel update- DO NOT TRAVEL

Spread the knowledge with a share:

The U.S. Department of State issued a media advisory on 19 April 2019 in which it advised that travel advisories would be updated in the coming weeks which would result in about 80% (percent) of the countries of the world being placed into the highest level of concern - Level 4 - Do Not Travel.

The Department noted that ongoing advisories will take into account “logistical factors, including in-country testing availability and current travel restrictions for U.S. citizens.”

This adjustment brings the medical portion of the assessment more in line with that of the CDC existing epidemiological assessments.
